This session provides a deeper dive into the patterns of anxiety, along with approachable tools to help you interrupt your patterns around anxiety, manage anxious thoughts, regulate your nervous system, and respond with greater confidence and clarity.
Taking Care of Yourself: Forming and Maintaining Boundaries
Setting boundaries can feel challenging, but it’s an essential part of protecting your energy and supporting your well-being.
Explore how to identify your personal limits, communicate them effectively, and maintain them in a variety of relationships and environments. Through guided reflection and practical strategies, participants will gain tools to navigate interpersonal dynamics with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
